Summer has arrived
Schools out and Summer is here in full swing! The girls finished the year with good grades and so far have been busy with Bible school, and a Summer reading program at the library. Wyatt is now 9 months old and working on his farmer's tan. He loves being outside. Carrie had friends over this past weekend for a campout in the yard and the house was full of girls. This is the best time of year no matter how hot it gets. Our garden is producing lettuce, potatoes, squash, spinach, peppers, and cucumbers so far. We've had lots of rain and everything is growing nicely except for the orchard, and the deer are eating all the leaves off of the trees.

Am I?
Monday morning and I'm feeling tired. I'm supposed to start this week so I don't know if I'm premenstrual or pregnant. My boobs are fuller, but I could be bloated. Well I guess in a few days we will know. Am I ready for another baby so soon after Wyatt? He is a handful and then some. A playmate for him would be ideal. He needs someone to grow up with like Carrie and Haylee. They have such a tight bond. I hope as they grow their relationship will also. How will Wyatt react to less attention? I know that I'm a strong enough woman and a great mama, but I hope I can juggle it well enough because David is gone so much. The girls are such a great help to me when he is at work. We have a great family, I think there is room to grow.

Around the Farm
Spring is in full swing around here! Grass is growing,(already cut 4 times), the garden has been planted, Orchard is blooming, and hay cutting time is in a few weeks. Plenty to keep us all busy. David is tickled with his 11 new calves and looking forward to seeing how fat he can get them in the next 3 months.
Wyatt is crawling around like a bug! Crawling and pulling up on everything. He has non-stop energy. Why does God give children so much energy and adults so little? The girls are enjoying the warmer weather as much as they can after school. Summer can't get here fast enough for them. I have been working on flower beds and planning house projects for the summer. The kitchen wil be painted first, then we will see what happens after that. Lots of plans, but I doubt there will be a lot of cooperation from Wyatt.

Spring Break Is Over
It's Monday, Spring Break is over and everything is back to normal. Well, almost. David is going to the market today to buy calves even though it is pouring outside and is supposed to for the next few days. But, he can't wait any longer, wants them desperately now. I'm sure all will be fine. Wyatt is sleeping, girls gone to school. Sure is quite, coffee would be fabulous and a chat with Cheryl. i missed her last week.
